LegalPal provides users with online access to document review, written legal advice, and general legal guidance.
Unless expressly agreed in writing through a signed engagement or confirmation email from LegalPal, no lawyer–client relationship is created by your use of this Website, by submitting documents for review, or by receiving general information or responses through the platform.
All information provided on this Website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute formal legal advice unless confirmed as such by LegalPal.
3. Eligibility and User Obligations
You may use this Website only if you:

LegalPal offers services on either a one-off or subscription basis. All fees are displayed clearly before purchase.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the relevant fees.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing or subscription plans at any time, provided that existing subscribers will receive advance notice before changes take effect.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of professional legal services, once LegalPal has commenced work or provided written advice, fees are non-refundable.
If you cancel before work begins, you may request a full refund.
Subscription users may cancel their plan at any time through their account dashboard; access will remain active until the end of the paid period.
6. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
LegalPal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or services at any time, without prior notice, including restricting access or terminating accounts that breach these Terms or applicable laws.
7. Professional Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
While LegalPal strives to ensure high professional standards, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or applicability of any information or advice provided outside a formal engagement.
To the fullest extent permitted by DIFC law, LegalPal and its employees, consultants, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profit, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of your use of the Website or reliance on its content.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LegalPal, its directors, consultants, and employees from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software—belong exclusively to LegalPal or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

By providing your contact details, you agree to receive occasional updates, newsletters, or promotional materials from LegalPal.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
